NOTICE: OA (The Outdoor Addicts) is obligated to follow the cancellation policies of the charter and condo booked for the Offshore fishing trip.

While The Outdoor Addicts are dedicated to offering every angler a safe and unforgettable adventure, natural forces are sometimes uncontrollable. All deposits are transferrable and good for up to one year from the original trip date. However, keep in mind, that if you reschedule within one year of your original trip date, OA cannot original trip schedule. Your booking fee will be credited to any future scheduled dates. Anglers must book with The Outdoor Addicts to redeem the deposit.

Note: A 4% processing fee is charged to all credit card orders. Experiences are booked online and secured with a credit card. Deposits are non-refundable and are only valid for transfer only - good for up to one year.

Balances on each trip must be paid by credit card only. Deposits are 50% of the total cost of the trip. The deposit includes a $625 booking fee which is non-refundable but can be applied to any future trips within one year of the original trip date.

Note: Cancellation fees apply: - if you cancel prior to 45 days of the scheduled trip, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded minus the booking fee. ($625) - Customer cancellations 14 days or less from the scheduled trip date are 100% of the trip fare and will be charged to your credit card. - The total amount of your trip must be paid in full 45 days from your scheduled trip. You will be contacted by an Outdoor Addicts representative to finalize the booking. Note: Anglers are considered a "No show" if you are not aboard the boat by thirty minutes from the designated departure time unless otherwise changed by the boat captain.

Note: Trip fare includes a guided offshore adventure plus tackle, bait, fuel, tip, and ice for coolers and fish boxes, fish cleaning, and vacuum sealed. Any catches by angles are divided equally. This fare also includes lodging, meals, beverages/alcohol, and entertainment.

Boats are exclusive to five anglers plus the artists.

Any further information regarding your experience will be emailed upon receipt of your deposit. A reminder email will be sent 2 days prior to the arrival date to discuss details, weather conditions, menu, and general plans for your trip.

BELOW IS THE DEFINED WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY PER THE CHARTER COMPANY RESERVED BY THE OUTDOOR ADDICTS.

- Weather Policy: 2-4 ft seas, we fish. 3-5 ft. seas, we discuss options. 4-6 ft. seas, offshore is closed. 20 + knot winds will result in delayed departures. Captains will contact you 1-2 days in advance of your charter if weather conditions are an issue. We will send an email with your captain's phone number to facilitate this communication.
