Meals prepped and cooked daily. Breakfast is grab and go before the boat picks you up. Fresh fruit, pastries, burritos, breakfast pizzas and more! Lunch is packed in a cooler and sent on the boat along with your drinks of choice. Custom built sandwiches stacked with 2 meats, 2 cheeses, bacon, avocado, lettuce/tomato served on a fresh croissant. Condiments on the side.

After a day of fishing, appetizers will be ready to kick off happy hour! Fresh Tuna you caught from the trip is always a choice and the chef will serve a variety of sauces to try.

Following is dinner served hot and family style! Texas inspired or Louisiana inspired meals, you can select steak or have a shrimp/crawfish boil! And you can’t skip the homemade desserts!

All the meals are delicious recipes you won’t find anywhere but with OA!
